It's multiple factors. There is the cheap, ultra processed foods, but also when a doctor tells you to lose weight, they're likely to tell you to go on a diet and exercise, but without giving advice on what types of diet and exercise are most helpful. Even if they do refer you to a nutritionist, insurance likely won't cover it. Add misinformation and a culture of blaming people for their bad health to that mix and you end up with a recipe for disaster.

I'm confused, how will this accomplish anything if he's in Germany? Is this just an intimidation tactic? Or do they think they can successfully drag him to Russia?

just that they died while under the influence

We don't even know that since cannabis can linger in the system for over a week after getting high. It's very hard to objectively test if someone is actively under it's influence, best we have is watching for behaviours that could easily be caused by any number of other factors.

If the machine can accept an unused cigarette, then they might start stealing them

This made me laugh, and after an insanely rough day, I really needed it.

I really, really want a pair, but not if it's controlled by meta or google. I would only compromise if rooting and removing the built in spywear was an option.

On top of that, trying to clean and reuse disposable earplugs can cause infections regardless of method. It's better to invest in a reusable pair like loops.

Don't, especially not with water. All it will do is create a breading ground for bacteria and lead to an ear infection. Trust me, they aren't fun.

I wouldn't do this, it can cause ear infections

If you are using disposable earplugs, then throw them away. I used to wash and reuse them, and got some nasty ear infections as a result. It's just not worth it. It would be batter to buy a pair of loop earplugs.

Remember how they caved and gave him all that money? Yet they're being threatned yet again. It just shows how dictators can never be satisfied.
