As mayor there isn't anything he can do about it. He might be able to persuade the town council to have fuck off taxes for the site of the billboard though.

As a private citizen there's lots more we can do, though. Somebody out there probably should.

No. I don't want to have to drive through the USA to get to BC. Let them have the South of Alberta. Call it North Montana.

"It is not a request!"

Some were, some weren't. This goes back almost to the beginning of Google Maps, but seems they've started to standardize them recently. They claim they started before Trump's inauguration.

What @GrizzlyBur@lemmy.ca said before me, but also, try out Corner Gas. It's family safe and also hilarious. It's been credited with introducing other Canadians to Saskatchewan culture since 2004.

I'm getting Microsoft, Clinton & Bush vibes here...

Seems the consensus now is a natural born citizen is one with birthright citizenship; so anyone born to a US citizen counts as well.

If the USA successfully annexes Canada Musk would qualify since he was born to a Canadian citizen who would now be a US citizen.

I refuse to believe that anybody believes birds aren't real.

But I also refused to believe flat earthers were real until I met one.

Is this the same truck, just diffferent day?

Just took a road trip. Bought gas exclusively at co-ops for the entire length.

What province? There are at least three very large co-op grocery stores in Saskatoon. One used to be a Safeway, but they were forced to sell when the Sobeys/Safeway merger happened. Can't speak for Regina, but I'm sure it's similar there too.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but Old Dutch is from Minnesota. The major portion of their production is done in Canada, and most of their customers are here, but their corporate head office is in the US.
