WHAT? No, I'm not wrong, it's the language that is wrong.

Basically nothing worth noting has changed, just a bit different layout.

These big companies prolly just got nothing to do but they have to give their people some work I guess. This is not something that's happening at normal companies, it's just pointless to burn money changing ordinary aesthetics to a bit different ordinary aesthetics.

And it's not a small change either, the whole app now follows that slightly tweaked design, a lot of time and effort must've been put just to provide something that provides absolutely nothing of value.

This is an example of social darwinism. That doesn't mean I don't agree with this idea, it's just that I don't agree that it is viable to expect it from everyone.

Companies must be forced to care about peoples' security and privacy. Actively fighting against bots infestation would be a part of that.

Which is the worst of two worlds, because now most people will still not be able to verify other account's credibility, however people with bad intentions - who are usually more prepared - will still be able to continue their activities.

Now imagine you're a fragile person who's really paranoid about their internet activity. This is obviously a good change for them, so they click it. One day, someone decides to use this backdoor to bully that person by insulting them under multiple posts and comments that were meant not to be traceable. I can only imagine the consequences.

Everyone's facebook feed. And you can't do anything about it, can't even block shit because it just replaces the shitcontent with brainrot.

I'm straight, but... or am I really?

It hasn't yet crossed my mind that we would soon have to start attaching a hand-drawn signature of ours to each of our email just to prove that we are indeed humans.

Always a step ahead, companies already show that they won't be ever interested in distinguishing real people from robots. After all, both are only just means of generating revenue, no?

My credit card has expired and thus my youtube premium with it.

I received some alerts from YT before it happened and now the subscription has been terminated and the first video I watched without the premium had 3 ads in 5 minutes.

3 ads. In 5 minutes.

I'm disgusted. My hatred towards the greedy corporations has been gradually exceeding the boiling point for the past couple of years and now I experienced how YouTube tries to force it's users to pay the tribute.

I'm using YT a lot so I'd take no issue paying if it just improved the experience, but not if it's the only way to use the "free" app. I'm not gonna get my money extorted by a fucking corporation.

Fuck them, intalling ReVanced now.
