Oh, so tariffs > higher costs > fewer purchases > smaller shipments > less fuel consumed > smaller oil margins > reduced oil production? It’s almost like economists know more about this stuff than a real estate fraud.

It looks like wood to me.

No problem! I joined an online group I found through my insurance portal. You may be able to do the same through your insurance provider’s website.

Group therapy. It’s very intimidating to start, since you’re joining a group of people that already know the ropes. It took a while for me to join in and share, but it didn’t matter. I personally learned far more from observation than sharing my personal experiences. I’m in my 40s, if that helps.

Yup. Every time this post comes up I’m reminded that people don’t know the plot very well and are still unaware of their gender bias.

Support groups and group therapy. Identifying with someone else’s experiences through your own relatable experiences is a reaffirming connection.

It’s helped me a lot navigating the Autistic tendency to get lost in the mechanics of the story. Now I try to end my contribution with reconnection to the original experience, emphasizing the validation, and returning control of the conversation.

True. It was also an extremely commercialized capitalist dystopian future. I doubt Linux was being used, and there’s no way Microsoft could create something with WALL-E’s long uptime and low maintenance.

It’s amazing how the virus knows to specifically target people who don’t believe in science.

They’re still to be followed until ruled unconstitutional by a federal court or overturned by Congress. The Republicans in Congress are complicit, but federal courts have already stopped Trump over 200 times since his term began. https://archive.is/zZ9zU

Democrats can only talk. They were voted into minority. The only power they have is the filibuster, and that doesn’t work on executive orders or reconciliation bills.

Maybe you’re not. Try going to protests. Talk to people in person. Leave your echo chamber and share information with those that are unaware. Small resistances get incarcerated, deported, or exterminated. See: Nazi Germany

Driving the news: The posters — which read "ARRESTED" — specify various crimes linked to the pictured immigrants and have the White House's official logo at the bottom.

-The "roughly 100" posters were being placed strategically along "Pebble Beach," where TV news crews do live shots in front of the mansion. A White House official told Axios the intent is for the posters to be visible behind TV journalists reporting from those positions.

-Posters positioned near the West Wing claim to show unauthorized immigrants arrested for "first-degree murder," "sexual abuse of a child," "kidnapping and rape," "murder," "rape of a child," and "distribution of fentanyl."

-Others claim to show people charged with "sexual assault of minors," "sexual contact with a child," and "lewd acts in front of a child."

-The posters describe the arrestees as "illegal aliens." Their names and precise legal statuses aren't included.

Titled "An Urgent Conversation with the American People," the livestreamed discussion comes ahead of Congress' return to session on Monday.

A statement released by both officials' offices said in part, "Republican leaders have made clear their intention to use the coming weeks to advance a reckless budget scheme to President Trump's desk that seeks to gut Medicaid, food assistance and basic needs programs that help people, all to give tax breaks to billionaires. Given what's at stake, these could be some of the most consequential weeks for seniors, kids and families in generations."

According to the statement, Rep. Jeffries and Sen. Booker plan to speak to shared American values and the nation's religious and moral underpinnings, and how the budget bill opposes these beliefs. They also plan to affirm to Americans watching the livestream that their voices matter, especially in this moment in time.
