Group therapy. It’s very intimidating to start, since you’re joining a group of people that already know the ropes. It took a while for me to join in and share, but it didn’t matter. I personally learned far more from observation than sharing my personal experiences. I’m in my 40s, if that helps.

Democrats can only talk. They were voted into minority. The only power they have is the filibuster, and that doesn’t work on executive orders or reconciliation bills.
Maybe you’re not. Try going to protests. Talk to people in person. Leave your echo chamber and share information with those that are unaware. Small resistances get incarcerated, deported, or exterminated. See: Nazi Germany
