Its not the obvious "app specific permission" part that I was looking to highlight here. But was a small part I added as a friendly reminder in case for some silly reason may have forgot to enable it.

Its the "network location" and "geocoder" permissions in the "settings" which is a more deep down permission which is far from obvious and not app specific.

I'm referring to granting the app location permission, similar to how you would with other apps. I.e., go into the apps settings, and grant permission Or in other words,

hold your finger onto the app icon -> click "App Info" - > "Permissions" -> "Location".

I have that setting turned off in CoMaps. Instead I turned on my suggested settings in Graphene's "settings" apps by searching for "Location services" in it, then turning on "Network location" and "Geocoder".

I used the default "GrapheneOS proxy" option for both of these.

GrapheneOS and CoMaps Fixing Location Service

If you go into "Location Services" by searching for it in your settings, and turn on "Network location" and "Geocoder", and also turn on location service on CoMaps, it may help with CoMap accessing your current location.

Thank you! I was wondering if there would be one soon. Glad some people were already offering to do the job.

Good time to look into splitting and sharing your Costco membership. Possibly remove you and your partner, and go half with someone else.

I'm on GrapeheneOS, so maybe because I chose not to have Google Assistant setup up on my phone.

Now that you say it, I do see some "Voice instructions" support in the settings. I'll need to figure out how to connect an engine to it to get it working. Thanks! :)

The following seems to have worked for me:

  1. Forgetting the WiFi connection in my phone.

  2. Going into my router's admin page (e.g., 192.168.1.2) and "forgetting" all my unconnected devices.

  3. Then reconnecting with my phone.

I'm not a dev, but donated $90. Please donate, and keep this project alive and thriving.

Also if I may, I'm hoping we'll eventually get audio support for directions.

It works on other WiFi networks than my home.

Has this only started recently for you?

I've been able to connect to my home WiFi with no problems for severals months. Since last week, I'm only able to connect sometimes, and only for a short amount of time. I'm on a Pixel 6a. Other devices connect to the WiFi with no problems.

Preferably animal onesies or other cozy and fun onesies.

Canada please!

For a Volkswagen Jetta 1.4L. Preferably made in Canada. I'm having trouble finding local stores that have any made in Canada. I'm willing to purchase online too.

I also need new bolt washers for my engine oil plug.

Buy Ukrainian games!

Also I wish there was a Ukrainian games curator to follow.
