Does anyone know how long it takes asset seizures to be processed in the UK?

Very true on not being able to fat loss specific areas. Thanks for the article.
For me, upper body strength is probably my weakest area. So putting effort into building strength is a good thing regardless.
My dad was really strong (but not huge) and his arms always looked great, until all the cancer treatments and he lost muscle mass and fat. The loose skin stayed even though the muscle was gone on his upper arms (and gave him flaps) - and I wondered if he had recovered and been able to build back the lost muscle, would he loose the flaps. (I never said that to him, of course)
But it's made me wonder if muscle building can minimize the effect, especially if my body fat is on the very high end of acceptable. (sometimes just over)
Plus I already know tricep area and belly are where I hold on to fat, even when "skinny" like I was in my 20s. So there's only so much fat loss I can do before I'm just grumpy/hungry and still have a pooch.
I'm trying to stay strong and get stronger as insurance for when I can't.
There's at least 4 of us!
Did this improve after you recovered from covid?
I've been noticing on YouTube that the Diary of a CEO guy has been having a lot of menopause and women's health doctors on over the past year.

Hope you are doing better! Did you ever get your hormones retested? The menopause subreddit says testing only tests for that day and our hormones fluctuate a lot so you'd need constant monitoring to really know.
My peri start has been insane, I was going 90+ days between, to now extremely unpredictable - sometimes short spans, sometimes heavy and bad cramps, to spotting that lasts two weeks with no cramps. then another 60 days free, then boom two almost back to back.
Also, I would like to add, I'm still working through the details, but I'm trying to stockpile (90 day Rx from doctor helps with this) so I always have at least a month in reserve in case of pharmacy problems. Not just HRT, but everything.
This goes for my husband as well... he's on medications he absolutely needs to take every day. During 47's first term, we actually ran into supply issues on a couple of his medications and the doctors and pharmacist were scrambling trying to find supply and alternatives.
My HRT journey only started a few months ago, so I'm still working out dosage and details.
My daughter-in-law is trans. We had a conversation not long ago about HRT availability. The fact is that those of us who choose the HRT path for our peri and post menopause will have a lot of the same fights for access if things continue as they are in the USA. We are definitely on the same team.
Which series?
also, lol!!
also, also, has anyone had luck minimizing pelican arms by building up tricep muscles? Something I've been pondering.
Thank you for the reference, I scrolled to the bottom to check if you were copypasta-ing us before going back and reading it. We just all live in Crazytown now I guess.
I have a 70+ year old friend that paper files. She doesn't trust the free file places available here (USA). I don't blame her.
Ysk - You can order the forms for free on the IRS (& state) websites.
I print things for her on my 1999 laser jet if she needs something printed.
Many years I paper filed just to inconvenience them slightly for not offering free file.
No, cause then Mike Johnson. And he is definitely gonna rename it to Gulf of Gilead.
