If they are pointing out legitimate flaws in their competitors, I wouldn't call it 'negativity'. A lot of commercials communicate the vilest shit while being 'positive' (look at the way gender stereotypes are used in many commercials). I don't know the exact commercials you are referring to, but just keep this in mind when analysing a commercial.

God Emperor would make a weird movie, but could probably work as a limited series. In my opinion, the two last books are the ones best suited for adaptation. Especially Heretics has a perfect balance between intrigue, drama, action and sex.
God damn it. Heretics is the book in the series that would work best as a movie. But I can also see why he wouldn't dare try to turn God Emperor into a movie that wouldn't flop.
Currently running Pop!_OS 22.04 with a 3090 GPU, and it purrs like a happy cat. Getting significantly better performance than when the same hardware ran Windows 10.
But that would bring down the value of the current homes that the lawmakers own! Can't have that happen....
