For me, it's a matter of restoring the convenience and UX that you've given up by leaving the big providers.

I would like to see standardized glass containers. Pay a deposit for them, keep and use them for as long as you like, bring them back in good condition to any participating restaurants to get your deposit back.

Absolute numbers are meaningless. Tell us what percentage of the voting population and seats that represents.

What's more surprising to me is that there's a big enough stream of reviews for a candle to see this effect.

The proposed change sounds plenty predictable. A car needs to stop at stop signs, and if you're stopped, then you can also start again without worrying about bikes because you have right of way. At a red light, bikes have to come to a full stop, which gives them time to check if a car is coming or not. A car wouldn't have to worry about this at all.

Edit: It just occurred to me that you can have an intersection where the bike is faced with a stop sign but the car isn't. That would indeed be a problem if the biker doesn't come to a stop. Not enough time to react to a car charging past.

If a monolingual English speaker understands you, then you are speaking English. That is my definition for whether a word belongs to a certain language.

If you have enough money to start with, then yes.

Isn't growing universities a good thing? It seems to me that giving everyone access to a university education would be highly beneficial to the people.

I don't think you're talking about the same thing. There's tuition cost in the sense of what students pay to get an education, and there's what it costs the university to provide that education. You can cap the former. You can't cap the latter.

If the port was easily accessible, I would. This problem only comes up when it isn't.
