Yup! But this guy is a pro-highway/anti-public-transport urban expansionist.
With the bad planning (read here populist tax cuts), he currently has water/sewers issues such that most of the city cannot be densified, amplifying the local housing crisis.
This small city has worse traffic condition than the province capital on the other side of the river!
I only got diagnosed because I was at the hospital for something else, and the local specialist noticed something was off with my behaviour. (I was there for a little while, to be fair.)
As an adult, navigating anything administrative is a nightmare.

What if the sponsor is the blanket university funding for a professor's research? It may have some bias, but there is no steak in the actual result.

If you got the time, I find it incredibly satisfying to spend time to fix just one little thing in the house, (like a creaking door for example). Then, every time I use that thing, it reminds me of that success.
Even if it's just one simple fix out of the dozens of broken things, it still feels good! Also, friends may help with fixing the house 😉
