Because then the billionaires would generate less money.

Funny how experiences can be so different. I find Apple Maps much better than Google maps.

I very much dislike Google but constantly search stuff on DDG, with little to no success. Then I’ll add !g to the front, and a decent chunk of the time what I’m looking for is top 3, not including all the sponsored shit.

Are there specific ways you search for DDG to be better?

I once posted a joke on Reddit about ironing my sack to get the wrinkles out. It got upvoted pretty heavily. Is there a chance this is my fault?

Because they are siding with the government, and not the workers.

Unfortunately you are wrong, at least based on the people I know that are against it.

All of them 1 step away from going full MAGA.

The gen 1 iPad just sucked. For most apple products you should avoid gen 1 and gen 2. 3 seems to always be a big jump, and lasts longer.

Absolutely valid

Completely agree with you, I never buy huge amounts when I shop (single guy), big orders are better with human cashier.

There are also zero places around me where there is only self checkout. Having zero cashiers is terrible. There’s always going to be large orders, elderly or disabled people that might not easily use self checkout.

I’m of the opinion they intentionally made the kiosks shitty to encourage people to order in app. It’s a much better experience for the user, minus the data harvesting.

I wish this was true where I live.

Big Mac combo - $10.49 (sometimes 8.99 when they have coupons)

Any local pub ~ $14-$20 for burger and fries, $6-$8 for pint of beer, plus tip of course, which is never do at McDonald’s.

Low end uses mostly happy hour and special prices, high end is just normal prices
