I also usually only get like 3-4 reports/month here. Admins are good at handing the really bad stuff and my job as moderator is basically just this and occasionally telling someone to put an NFSW tag on a post.

Not that there aren't reportable posts, but the general vibe of this site is to allow users to self moderate as much as possible and only step in when absolutely necessary, and stepping in usually means a lifetime ban.

We have pronoun tags for a reason, if someone ignores them let me know and we can start another bullying thread

Also the banning is not my doing, my moderation style is to wait until they've been bullied so much that they report to me and I make sure they're bullied harder.

It's easy for them to support because it serves their interests. It's hard nosed because acknowledging that it supports their interests means acknowledging that they have the same interests as the people they position themselves as being against.

Bill Burr is just 70s union guy or the lovable uncle that will use correct pronouns for people, but also still talk about how much he loves women with a bush.

Is sex workers setting their own hours gig economy? The alternative is sex workers punching in for a 9-5 and being forced to sell themselves in one of the more difficult lines of work without the option to leave.

Not really a fan of sex worker factory hours given that a structure like that implicitly removes the worker's ability to consent.
