NSC stands for Nordic Shaving Company, they're based in Finland but ship world wide. They have a solid selection of shaving supplies. They also have a brick-and-mortar store. Vintage Shave, which is also Finland-based, has a larger selection of soaps and razors and I think they also ship world wide. They sell out of their warehouse. I recently ordered another 100 pack of Lord Platinums and a tub of Rasozero Rinfrescante from them, I want to see how it compares to Proraso (Rasozero is Italian, as well).
Enjoy your weekend ladies and gents!
EDIT: Even though the Coffee scent has been discontinued, they've got some smaller tubs in stock still. They used to use a non-vegan base for all their soaps, but then they went all out on vegan soaps and got rid of the coffee scent in the process. TBH, it doesn't smell much like coffee, but rather like milk chocolate (and a whiff of cardboard). The coffee base contains shea butter and lanolin.
Ugh, this guy's such an asshole. Sorry, I've been holding it back for the past 10 strips.
Obviously they make a run for the carpet. How would you like to have puke splashing on your paws? /j
"Blow your brains out"? Jesus Christ, Mymble. This isn't the Moomins I watched on VHS as a kid.

- Pre-shave: Face wash w/ hot water, Lea Professional shave cream
- Razor: Henson Mild (v1) with handle 1/4 opened
- Blade: Lord Platinums (2nd use)
- Brush: Yaqi Tiberwolf Synthetic 26mm
- Soap: NSC Grapefruit
- Passes: 1x WTG on the cheeks, 2 x WTG on the neck, 2x ATG on the cheeks
- Post-shave: Alum, TFS witch hazel
- Growth: 7 days (very thick & long stubble)
- Result: BBS on the cheeks, neck acceptable
I tried using the Lea shaving cream as a pre-shave. I rubbed some on my stubble, then applied the NSC Grapefruit shaving soap. Worked okay, residual slickness was there which the soap seemed to lack but I'm still experimenting with the lather.
Enjoy your weekend, ladies and gents!
If he could read, my cat would feel called out. And then he'd proceed to bite you. (Don't worry it's just nibbles)

- Pre-shave: Face wash w/ hot water

- Blade: Astra Greens (SP) (2nd use)
- Brush: Yaqi Tiberwolf Synthetic 26mm
- Soap: Lea Professional shaving cream (large tube)
- Post-shave: Alum, TFS witch hazel
- Passes: 1x WTG on the cheeks, 2 x WTG on the neck, 2x ATG on the cheeks
- Growth: 7 days (very thick & long stubble)
- Result: cheeks BBS, neck acceptable
Great shave. I used to think "residual slickness" was BS, but this shaving cream has TONS of residual slickness. Maybe I haven't hydrated my soaps enough, I don't know. But the LEA cream is great. I also thought I hated the Astra Greens, but apparently they work okay with a Henson. I tried them once with my Mühle R89 and nicked myself pretty badly like a year or two ago. This razor+blade+cream combo seems to be a keeper.
Enjoy your weekend everyone!
Created my account in 2008. Can't remember because I deleted my account last year. Anyway, the earliest memory of Youtube I have was seeing Kimbo Slice punch a fridge. Speaking of Kimbo Slice, check out the names of his son and grandchildren.

I just can't 😂 (Hint: Kimbo Legacy and Kevlar)
How do you know?
