2 black guys enjoying life? That'll just get them started on yet another rant...

chuckles

"I wouldn't say I've been loving it, Bob."

Peter Gibbons walks out of the room

Understood, I'm just in a salty mood.

That was under a previous president. The current Kin- err 'president' might require more thorough documentation, 'or else' if ya get my drift. Basically everyone should be freaked out and pushing back on this.

You and me both buddy, I'm also absolutely sick of the broken tech interview process. I'm so sick of being asked to do leet code and coding interviews and failing miserably at them because my brain locks up from stress and freezes.

Joplin synced with Syncthing had been working pretty well for me. Joplin seems to stay out of my way, but also provide features I want. (With the exception of note sharing, it does offer it, but as far as i know, not to the world, only to other users you create on Joplin cloud/server)

A few years back I had notes scattered around emails to myself, texts to myself, notes in random text files around my laptop, etc. And my passwords were awful insecure.

I finally spent some time to research options And set up stuff, and I've settled on Joplin for notes between my phone and Linux laptops, and keepass-xc for passwords, with syncthing syncing everything with my server. This has been working extremely well for me to help keep me organized and not reuse passwords, etc.

And its all local so it scratches that 'privacy focused' itch

Of course it is, delete your advertiser ID on your google account and see how immediately you're recommended right wing content straight out of the gate on a 'new' account

Looks neat, but Lol Is that a flammable battery pack where my dick would be, when sitting that thing? I would probably move the battery pack somewhere else if thats what it is.

My favorite thing to hate on Android auto is: if you get a call or text while using google maps for directions, the notification blocks your view of your directions. I drive with the voice dictation off, i hate driving with 'turn left, turn right, turn left...' Announcing every 2 minutes while I'm in the car so I glance at the screen before I need to make turns. In this case, if someone messages or calls you before an exit number or turn on google maps, you will miss it, I've passed many highway exits because of this.

All 3 of these things are Google's own products, how the fuck couldn't they have thought this through? It also gives the impression, they do literally no real world testing.

I use Joplin across my android phone and Linux laptops, and then use Syncthing to sync the notes between my devices. Both opensource and both locally synced.

In case anyone was confused... I was making fun of the title itself, lol I'm not a maga person, quite the opposite. The phrase total trump surrender just sounded ridiculous and could be interpreted both ways. Either trump totally surrendered, or Trump caused a total surrender of China, which do you think the maga people will interpret, and cheer on?
