Not gonna lie, I didn't know what a lemming looked like until today.
Here's the first batch of 4 bored Lemmys, quick and dirty. I'mma start the bidding at $600 each.

I've always heard puns were. I don't believe it though. I mean a good pun is its own reword.
[crickets chirping]
I'll see myself out.
Looks like it is supposed to be a Lemming, as they refer to it on their github page (4^th^ bullet comment). But I don't think they actually give it a name.
Also, fun fact, (and trigger warning) the Lemmy logo isn't symmetrical.
I think I see what you're talking about, a unified login across services. That is certainly cool, but it's more advanced than what I'm looking for.
I'm fine with logging in under the same name on 3 different accounts, ie, linuxfan@lemmyxyz.com, linuxfan@peertubexyz.com and linuxfan@pixelfedxyz.com as long as they're the same company. I know it's inefficient that way, but when it's time to make a donation, I can just donate to one company instead of 3 different ones.
Plus, 2 of the instances I deal with haven't even responded when I asked how I can make a donation. As a capitalist, I'm offended😐.
I get that too. I can only guess that the algorithm is looking at how many total upvotes and views the post has, and probably doesn't account for how old it is.
For big videos I use Peertube and smaller ones I use Mastodon. Pixelfed works also for small vids, but not all instances support mp4.
Awesome! I've been looking for copies of that online.
Same here. And on top of that, I don't get a subscribe or block button.
Well the cat probably noticed you hadn't killed any birds yet, so it was trying to help you learn how. It brought home the dumbest, easiest to catch bird it could find.
