That's a fair concern. But this happened in 2008, 2012 and 2014 where mass amounts of Gazan were told to flee certain areas (granted not this massive) and after their ground operations Israel retreated back across the border.

Force Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt, and Turkey to pay $1M to Israel for every rocket launched by Gaza and the blockade would be lifted tomorrow.

The issue is that Hamas continues to stockpile weapons, and the weakness of the Iron Dome system is in the number of projectiles that it can respond to. The system can be overwhelmed by constant fire (that's what happened in 2012 and 2014 that sparked the conflicts). The blockade slows how quickly Hamas can collect that many weapons and decreases the amount of conflict that those rockets will cause.

It's not if the answer to it is to conduct a fresh genocide to remediate the issue. There are peace lines from 1967 that are broad enough where a defacto Arab state and a defacto Jewish state could live side by side. And since the mid 1990s it's been primarily Palestinians rejecting that idea on favor of advocating for genocide.

Generally, as a competent government, you don't attack and call for the genocide of your neighbors; starting a war. And then expect that neighbor to fund your war effort.

What a compelling but if thought.

Hamas steals fuel supplies from the UN in Gaza. So supplying the UNWRA fuel is going to give Hamas more fuel.

If the UN want a humanitarian aid they need to send blue hats entitled to protect the aid like they do in Africa.

All of those points are true.

I believe there said they'll stop the siege if the hostages are released.

I'm the Gaza Strip, they have. The strip has the 1967 borders and no settlements.

Because their government, Hamas, is in charge of that. The logistics to distribute fuel would require reoccupation of the Gaza Strip.

So in competent governments, the Civilian government controls the military. So how much fuel is Hamas hoarding.
