A WW1 era military could level the Gaza Strip with WW1 era munitions. Arguing that Israel, with a fully modern military and munitions system, is trying to genocide Gazans but just can't for some reason is arguing that Israel's military is the most incompetent military to ever have existed.
That's not what was confirmed. Not all of the 40 murdered babies (from one village) were beheaded. At least one was.
Israel isn't firing off whole volleys of wp rounds. That would be prohibitively expensive.
They largely do. Almost every rocket attack has come from the Gaza Strip.
So Israel, specifically Israel's left wing parties come to power and, enacted a policy that completely eliminated settler attacks amongst dozens of other things, to prove that a peace deal based on the '67 borders can work; by doing so at a small scale (Gaza). Then violence from the region that had all of its settlers evicted massively rises while violence from the regions not in the peace deal generally continues to trend downwards.
And the fact that the policy to remove settlers and settlements hasn't been enacted Palestine-wide is being used by the region that caused the failure to justify additional violence? Is that the logic?
Yet somehow the PLA in the much larger West Bank manages.
$100k per year is the equivalent of $57k/yr in 2000. Inflation has gone wild in the last 20 years.
Look at the map yourself you ignorant prick. Gaza has the 1967 borders. All of Palestine could have the 1967 borders; but Hamas has decided they're going to be absolutely horrible essentially all of the time.
"Resistance" isn't a justification for war crimes.
There's no settlements (illegal or legal) in Gaza.
It's not theft if there's no criminal intent. If the lack of scanning was caused by equipment malfunction then there's no reason to think that they intended to steal.
Hmm, maybe it's because in our western states Indian tribes are a larger percentage of the population, or maybe it's because our mistreatment of the various tribes has led to countless wars and atrocities; but I couldn't imagine a scenario where one party established this branch and another removes it. But I'm not from Australia.
Which is why 100k is a reasonable ask. 50k would have been reasonable in 2000.
