Norman is effectively a suburb of OKC. Also it's by county so all the stuff actually closer to OKC will out weigh the college town there.
It does appear to be mostly college towns and some high education cities though
Almost all phone plans have unlimited texting. Or at least it seems that way.
Lots of trees and power out everywhere. No real damage on my end though. I'll try to upload some pictures in a while if cell service keeps working.
