This has to be a bit. They didn't want to send their son to Taiwan because they have a "hillbilly accent", so they sent him to Japan instead?

Anyone aware if the face coverings in this demo were face masks (covid/health protection)?

I don't think so. From the linked article:

-They are scared of being suspended from the university or other consequences for protesting against the war, says one of the protestors, about why some hide their face behind for example keffiyehs.

You can see that in the video as well.

Do you specifically like this model, or this era or style of cars? If not, something from the 2000s will probably be better value. Most of that $1500 price is collector's value. If yes, then sure, why not. These will not get cheaper.

In the EU this would be considered an unregistered motorcycle. So, be careful ig.
EDIT: No, wait, I'm not sure. The laws here are a mess. I think it's legal if you do everything correctly.
EDIT 2: This bike would be very illegal, since it goes without pedaling and because it goes too fast.

I dual boot Ubuntu with Windows 10 on a second drive since 2-3 years, but I don't understand why it works then. I only have one EFI partition (whatever that is) though, on my Linux drive, and I can boot from either drive just fine.

I like how it always says "Do not turn off your computer" when that happens.
