I think we had up to do up to 12 times tables by 3rd or 4th grade. I remember starting in 1st at school but really I learned them from Schoolhouse Rock. In the states Schoolhouse Rock was on Saturday Mornings between regular cartoons and they had such great songs.

You check the new Daredevil. There’s whole storyline about NYC cop who are way too into the Punisher.

You know that excepting documentaries, they’re all made right? /s
I think you’re really asking which show really went off the rails or at least pooched the endings. If you’re looking for off the rails my favourite crazy story has to be Dallas deciding that an entire season was a dream by having Pam wake up to find Bobby Ewing in the god-damn shower.

Are you talking about when the executive function is completely offline? Because if that’s hitting hard and I’m going “I’m hungry but I can’t make anything” my go to is a quesadilla.
Seriously if I can stand and heat a frying pan, it becomes easygoing to warm up some tortillas in the fry pan and throw some cheese between them. Bingo bango bongo you’ve got a Mexican cheese sandwich.
And then as I’m eating the first one I can be making a second and maybe throw in some ham or some salami, or better yet some leftover taco meat. All of a sudden I’m not so hungry and I’m happier having eaten something and maybe I can be motivated to eat some veggies or fruit.

Not all women are in to a guy just because he can turn in an invisible tiger.

Yeah and I had some problems with the concept at first. Everyone was selling it as the hard science fiction show and yet it focused the proto molecule and that’s not hard science fiction. Plus I got annoyed with them spending so much time on the float but using mag-boots but not looking like they’re still in zero G. I know you can’t shoot the show on the vomit comet but really just spend more time under thrust, I’ll be happier.

I agree about how good The Expanse books are, but I’m on the other side of coin about the tv series. I had a hard time getting into the series the first time I tried to watch it. I don’t think I quite what they were doing at first but now having read the first four books I started rewatching the first season and it totally clicked this time I’m tearing through the TV series this time.
