How could it apply to exclusive games if they don't exist in steam in the first place

They can't sell the games cheaper than steam as the steam's conditions doesn't let devs sell games on steam if the game is available for cheaper somewhere else.
I love that the solution to their shit detection is to make sure that there is nothing to detect.
I weirdly get some videos recommended to my by very small channels (like 30-60 views per video). I asked several people around me but none of them seem to be getting that kind of recommendations.

Yeah it does but they are more similar to free content updates so they don't have a steam page.
