Hi all, saw this article about two Chrome extensions that were secretly stealing credentials across many sites. With all of us trying to escape Big Tech and protect our privacy, this is a good reminder that even browser add-ons can be dangerous if they aren’t open, trustworthy, and privacy-first. 🔒 What happened: malicious behavior hidden in extensions intercepts login data. 📌 What it means: mainstream browser extensions can be a privacy risk good reason to prefer open-source, privacy-respecting tools or browsers that limit tracking.
