I’m sure you wouldn’t get outraged if someone made a movie based on a traditional African tale and the main character was white.

That depends on how often you use it. If I needed to write quicksort as often as the quadratic formula, I’d probably remember it. And if I only used the quadratic formula as often as I do quicksort, I’d just derive it each time.

You don’t need to memorize quicksort. If you understand how it works, it’s trivial to work out the exact details.

Advertising is when they’re getting paid for it. Otherwise it’s called recommending.

Creators who care about privacy should not support Google’s monopoly by using YouTube as their platform of choice.

Be aware that Mapy is made by Seznam, which is basically the Czech equivalent of Google, including the ads and privacy concerns.

They totally are selling your data. Seznam is a targeted advertising company just like Google.

If you want a really fast, convenient and bloat-free sofware forge, definitely. If you want a FOSS clone of GitHub, you’re better off using Forgejo.

Since PHP has to maintain backward compatibility, many of the issues are not and will never be fixed.

Am I having hallucinations from being awake at 3 in the night, or are the comments tilted? And there are buttons with nonsense words?

 
 

The current layout seems to be designed for optimal use with two thumbs. However, I use only one thumb when typing on mobile. Would it be possible to design a layout that's optimized for one thumb?
