That sounds about right.
FWIW sourdough is not terrible after freezing either, as long as your freezer isn't a moisture sucking drying POS (looking at you home rental fridge freezer), but can't quite compare to fresh. When we used to buy these in store, we'd generally buy half or quarter of a loaf to eat it while it's fresh (half was about size of your 1 loaf).
I figured out the freezing part when I had to live on my own and deal with shopping and school, so convenience was necessary, whilst not overpaying for groceries.

Yep that's the downside, I know fuckall about Linux relatively speaking, so I was lucky CachyOS just ran it and my wired controller got recognized.
You could already run the firmware updater with Proton/Wine though? At least I didn't have an issue with that, but its obviously not helpful to everyone considering the many flavours of linux. Nice that they recognize and are at least trying to address the issue though

FWIW thanks to your comment my view of those two pairs is now the same; one is advertised (touristy?, free shuttle from Canada place anyone?) and the other is something you have to stumble upon and enjoy (hiking for when it came to Lynn Canyon bridge, or in this case scrolling Lemmy)

Looks good enough to me and besides, you may decide to paint it with some paint that applies a relatively thick coat, which would end up filling those tiny gaps anyway. Anywho, keep going good work!
