Disney absolutely butchered the art of intros for its Star Wars shows by simply…not having them really. And I think it sucks.
Can someone explain the IP sharing with peers part (a popup from that site)? Sounds like a torrent, but how does that work with copyright? To be clear, I don’t give a fuck, just curious
Discord simply feels like the evolution of IRC to me - the part where it sucks is being corporate owned and all the fuckery that comes with that. An alternative to irc that incorporates voice, forums, etc, and isn’t named Ventrillo or Teamspeak (🤢) would be a viable alternative. Maybe this exists. But, it would take something like the latest Reddit exodus for anyone to switch, because discord is extremely entrenched across many platforms.

GIMP needs a glow up. It looks like what it is, but for a program looking for artists and designers to switch - you’re not going to get it by looking like the Temu photoshop.
