Joe could have beaten Obama to death with that ugly ass bronze bust of Bob Kennedy at any time if he wanted to stop the killing. If your boss is doing a genocide, and you have the opportunity to

Also, crucially, Biden's role in the Obama white house was to have an old white segregationist monster to stand next to Obama to reassure the old white racist monsters so they'd vote for Obama. Obama couldn't have become Obama without Biden to placate the klan vote.
