Bloomers, loafs, flatbreads, rye breads, wheat breads, sourdough breads, yeast breads - all fermented breads are welcome! Vienesse pastries like croissants are also welcome because technically they're breads too.

Interesting. I might try drying it out. It seems like still will take a bunch of time to reawaken but would be nice for the warm months. I will keep it in mind
