Damn, NATO is so good we have bases inside Russia proper, inside the Black Sea, inside Russian occupied Ukraine, and inside Russian controlled Belarus!

I definitely read this as someone earnestly defending RU to a shitposting comm too. Poe’s law I guess. Maybe it’s the fact that I can barely read let alone interpret a map.
