She can express it, but she needs to be prepared to be reminded that she was uniquely able to lose to trump in 2016, and her stealing the nomination from Sanders is one major contribution to why we are here
There's a lot more reasons why we're here than Hilary Clinton. If you can't get over it we're going to keep backsliding, again, and again, if we ever even make it out alive
https://www.salon.com/2016/11/09/the-hillary-clinton-campaign-intentionally-created-donald-trump-with-its-pied-piper-strategy/
Got damn, I didn't know that. I apologize and retract the part of my statement about Hilary, but do maintain we might not make it out of this alive
The same Wikileaks documents also show that Hillary and the DNC rigged the primary against Bernie (very briefly mentioned in the article).
My favorite is the Bernie folks filed a lawsuit against the DNC for unfair practices against Bernie, and the court threw it out because as a private group the DNC could do whatever they want.
My favorite part is how the party still expects us to believe they run honest primaries after that.
"Every vote counts....[just not in our primaries]"
Not a one of us will make it out of here alive.
That's a fact of life in this realm we must eventually experience.
She made Trump her pied piper because he was the only one she had a shot against and then she failed. Trump is quite literally Hillary Clinton's fault. He would not have won 2016 if she hadn't narcissistically demanded that it was her turn to be president.
Oh please. The DNC is done. We need to move on.
I wish parties would just die and that we can use a better voting system, but we need a path to get there.
That path doesn't involve the DNC. Look at how they treated David Hogg, of all people.
Unless we have a left Tea Party. Just look at how successful the Tea Party was at forcibly taking over the RNC.
The tea party had a lot of astroturfing. Again we look at how Sanders, AOC, and Hogg are treated to see how the structural power of the part will be turned against those that push back even a bit on their insular geriatric views. I see value in what you're describing, I think I just see transforming the democratic party as more of a trap of energy than causing the needed change that people actually want.
A third party with our FPTP voting system will cause an inevitable spoiler effect, which will lead to Trump winning his inevitable third term run (if he even bothers with an electoral process and doesn't just instill himself as king).
So democrats have their voters over a barrel.
Yeah, exactly, and they know it. How else would they have been able to shift further and further right over the span of 35 (ish) years?
Agreed, I don't think the solution exists electorally.
If the party is determined to keep making the same mistakes that they never addressed, they will continue losing. They seem fine with that.
"Yes she having cheated, but that cheating helped her win, and because she won, therefore she didn't cheat"
Is some dumb fucking logic
