I obviously agree with this โ it's healthcare; no one should be denied the healthcare they need on the NHS. But I worry the NHS gender identity clinics are already so broken, unfit for purpose, underfunded, and just unrelentingly dogshit that this probably doesn't go far enough. (Everyone should watch Abigail Thorne's amazing video about this.)
I see the government responded saying, "people already have the right to care that meets their needs", but that doesn't address the fact it already doesn't.
Not that I know what to suggest instead, this is just me feeling defeated. ๐คทโโ๏ธ

And Kid Harmer is such a transphobe that even if we get enough signatures, he likely won't want this raised in parliament.
