So um, do they realize "net zero" would mean that they can't deport people anymore? Because that would be net negative

Many people use words not because of their commonly accepted meaning, but because of how it makes them feel. "Net zero" sounds fancy and zero is what they want.

They definitely mean "net zero" as in "get rid of them all" and not "input=output"...
