Was using my work laptop that defaulted to google. If I didn't have adblock, the actual result wouldn't even show up without scrolling down.

Basically, create a new search engine entry with a URL that defaults to Google’s “web” tab instead of “All”. As others have said, swearing in the search has the same effect.
