I'm having A Moment and this is the best place to have them. Thank you to the late night peeps that responded and understood, I am so thankful for this space!
Hugs. Lots of them. That horrible trap of getting stuck in place where you know quite well what everyone tells you what you ought to feel but somehow it's just not happening. If you think therapy will help, then it's worth a shot imo. It's a great way to sneak up on understanding the real issues. And therapy comes in a lot of different shapes and sizes.
I can't offer advice but I will scream into the void with you.
We are all here for you too.
