The woman landed on her stomach on the mexican side of the border launching the baby back over to the US side into a nearby pile of brush on US soil. ICE agents argue the child was born on the mexican side of the border, however Immigration has already given the child a cellphone and 1000$ to survive until its hearing 12 months from now.
