They might just hate the mind controlling parasites they carry that they use to pacify their prey including humans since it can kill our unborn children and it infects 1/3 of all humans... That doesn't actually sound like consent now that I think about it

Yes cat's do indeed fuck, infact they have Barbs or Spine's on their penis to make withdrawals impossible and remove any consent from the female and prevents her from mating with anyone else, glad you asked:
Or the fact that they're incapable of association their actions with consequences, their manipulative behaviour, innate sadism, and lack of of any real affection for their human owners.
So much of what people like about cat behaviours is just anthropomorphization for things that are not what they think they are.
