You guys can use weed?

All it makes me do is feel stupid and turns time into snapshots. Fucks up all the processing.

I think you need to get used to it little by little before it can be useful, honestly like any drug. But it's definitely not for everyone and could be harmful.

The cigarettes get good after the third time just trust me

Vibes.

Not that it's especially untrue. My medication of choice these days is caffeine due to lower side effects compared to others. And it takes time to get used to

Makes me paranoid and lack confidence

That's probably another reason I can't use it. I'm already paranoid and void of any confidence.

You literally can't make me more paranoid, and you literally can't make me less confident. Believe me, I thought I could. Turns out there's a limit to how paranoid you can physically be. From my baseline it's just a slight bit more and I can't move from wherever I sit down.

i enjoyed it as a occasional treat at first until i tried working on it and it clicked....it helped with certain issues like my mind wondering in 10 directions when having to focus

however, ive found it has its side effects too. it patched up some bugs temporarily but it is not a targeted fix & affectts too many systems, therefor I am phasing it out now and I looking to address the original issue again.

My condolences. I didn't like weed, but was using other substances. It took me half of the year of trials to understand weed.

As another person said - amount is important + all strains are different and what strain you smoke matters a lot.

Check what weed is causing these effects and try "opposite" strains.

I've drifted slowly into daily vaping with wake'n'bake for some weeks now. Noticed that this affects consistency when wanting to achieve things. YES it for sure affects processing and the perception of time.

This morning I managed to don't consume anything - much better results at work... cough

But in general I'm going to reduce the intake, shift it to afternoon hours and use lower temperature for vaping when need to keep focus on things.

In the past there also where some happy chemicals, but later on only the experience you have, yes

Depends on how much i take. If i take a full 15mg edible, I'm gonna be toasted and unable to keep a steady train of thought

If i take half, i actually find it far easier to get into hyperfocus

Weed is weird. At low tolerances it can be a lot for some. But at medium to high tolerances it smooths things out. I would have a joint to relax, manage pain, or if things got too much. It helped make me feel normal. I was using it as a crutch to get me through some tough things. The things I didn’t like about it was being high all the time, passing (so much) time being high, and the smell. Cover it as much as you like, it doesn’t work.

I’ve been sober for over 3 months as of October 26 (daily user for 9 years). Been doing better and so is my wallet 😅.
