So are the emails now public because the Epstein files are now public, or are the Epstein files something else again? I thought it would take at least a few weeks for the Epstein files to become public after the US government has made their decision?

Something else. The full files include stuff like flight logs, parts of which we've seen. This is a full dump of just the emails. I don't know what else is still in the files that hasn't been released.

These emails were released before the vote on 'the rest of it'.

Which emails?

Edit: I'm not doubting, I just want a source

There's been files from a few different places. The recent bomb shells have been released from his estate. THE Epstein files are what the DOJ knows. That's what people want but redacted. That's why they want to turn it back into an active investigation. The DOJ can't release files if that's the case.
