Your approach would have you assume this potential brown person doesn't understand cultural norms therefore you must treat them differently than you'd treat others due to their ethnicity. That doesnt sound very inclusive to me.
Fun fact they have bada den which is Christmas... Basically every country has their own version and they all come from the some amalgam of winter festivals.
