That counts as a big dude to me. I'm 5' 11" and bigger than many of my coworkers.
Yeah, 5'11" (180 cm) is fairly tall for an American man despite what the internet would tell you. But at 6'3" (190 cm) a guy is in "do you play basketball?" and the world is too small territory
6'6" is "do you play professional basketball?" 6'3" is "do you play basketball as a hobby?"
Every photo I'm seeing has him towering over everyone else, so I suspect he is in fact large.
