I don't have an argument against what you're saying, but I'm afraid you're gonna find you've chosen an impossible path. Good luck. Enjoy your chosen struggles.

You can cut off your nose to spite your face as well and it will get you as far as trying to control what the other end of a service you need is running on. You only get to boycott with your dollar ( or whatever currency you use). Ludditeism only hurts you. Join the 21st century or just give up, but there aren't enough of you to make what you want to happen.

Hell, we used to have compact pickups. Chevy S-10, Ford Ranger, Dodge Dakota, not to mention similar sized offerings from Toyota, Nissan, Mazda, and Isuzu. They were very popular with consumers, but what the people want means nothing to the companies trying to squeeze every drop of blood they can from the turnip of society. The used market for small pickup trucks is crazy. $8000 asking price for a beat up 1987 S-10 is common and reprehensible.

Man, I sure do love how Linux doesn't spy on me. Fuck Microsoft.

Or, I don't know, maybe be the change you want to see. Bitching that the content that's available isn't the content YOU want to see is not contributing. Maybe actually post what you think is relevant to the community, or just go back to reddit if you want everything done for you.

Not my post, comrade, I just commented on a thing that crossed my feed. Lecture OP. Also, the US is still a part of the world whether you like it or not. The community is not called " not American news" . If the community is lacking news from other countries that's on a lack of posting representing them, not on the inclusion of the country you're tired of hearing about.

Wasn't there a guy, some years ago, whose foot had to be amputated who then got his buddies together to make and consume tacos made from said foot? I vaguely remember a couple of articles about it at the time it happened. That would still be cannibalism but nobody had to die for it.

But not talking about it allows people to forget. This is not a thing that will go away if we ignore it. There needs to be public scrutiny and criticism of, and even clashes with ICE. This is not only going to affect immigrants. ICE will be coming for regular citizens in the near future if they are not reeled in soon.

You can still boycott Microsoft and Google, you can use a Linux based OS and FOSS browser and email client software. The analog world is basically over.

They could become a serious news outlet, now, and never have to change their headlines.

Oh no, they'll bomb the everliving shit out of it, right in broad daylight, and claim they located the last member of Hamas there.

When I make a comment on a post, no matter how I type it up, it always just shows up as one paragraph.

Is there something that I am doing wrong?

1: now I'm also wondering what it does to a post so... 2: I'm splitting up this sentence like it was bullet points

Edit: Spacing seems to be the difference, but I still feel like I shouldn't have to skip lines to start new lines.

Have noticed that about half of images not showing after clicking on them no matter how long I wait.
