Rules:

3. No bots, spam or self-promotion.

4. Post titles should be the same as the article used as source.
Posts which titles don’t match the source won’t be removed, but the autoMod will notify you, and if your title misrepresents the original article, the post will be deleted. If the site changed their headline, the bot might still contact you, just ignore it, we won’t delete your post.
5. Only recent news is allowed.
Posts must be news from the most recent 30 days.
6. All posts must be news articles.
No opinion pieces, Listicles, editorials or celebrity gossip is allowed. All posts will be judged on a case-by-case basis.
7. No duplicate posts.
If a source you used was already posted by someone else, the autoMod will leave a message. Please remove your post if the autoMod is correct. If the post that matches your post is very old, we refer you to rule 5.
8. Misinformation is prohibited.
Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.
9. No link shorteners.
The auto mod will contact you if a link shortener is detected, please delete your post if they are right.
10. Don't copy entire article in your post body
For copyright reasons, you are not allowed to copy an entire article into your post body. This is an instance wide rule, that is strictly enforced in this community.

I wrote and deleted a comment multiple times. I am convinced that violence is the only ethical option left to us. Every member of ICE and every Republican is a mass murderer and must be treated as such. No more amnesty for murderers, despots, fascists, or their supporters. They must be held accountable for their horrors and we cannot afford to wait. The world cannot afford to wait.
The problem they don't seem to realize is that at some point people are going to start thinking that if ICE is around there's a good chance that they're going to kidnap or kill you, even if you're white. People are going to start shooting first. They aren't giving people much choice and there are so many guns in the US.
This is correct but a lot of people have been in denial. Anti-gun people should have been learning how to shoot as of January 7th, 2021… but here we are.
We are under violence, we are in the middle of violence, what you refer as "violence" is basic survival, self defence. It is not violence.
Physical self-defense from an existential and immediate threat implies interceptive and reciprocative violence from the defender.
Violence in such situations is not only justified, but is required.
In simple terms, one isn't justified to start the fight, but one is morally obligated to end it, if they have the power to do so.
Also, not sure if I mentioned it in this thread, because I have been spamming non stop in every conversation.
ORGANIZE.
all this "self defence" or "getting armed" is useless and 100% BS if we do not organize, you will only end up as a lone corpse. Organize, make contacts, groups, consistently attend local politic meetings with them, you have absolutely no idea how much power a handful of people have when they consistently raise their collective voices.
This is a systemic attack, not an individual attack, they aren't sending an ICE agent to you personally. they are an institutional threat to everyone. we need collective self defence.
Organize, distribute ICE whistles, if you are white enough to be "moderately safe" from ICE follow them and warn everyone. build mutual aids, connections with similar groups in nearby regions.
a 100.000 lone wolves are usless. 100.000 organized mass is unstoppable.

not all of them are mass murders, but almost all of them fantasize to commit shootings. if you seen one or talked to one, they love to use thier gun at the slightest incident.
The US is crazy, but I struggle to believe most voters fantasise about going around shooting people to death.
