European Union foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas has directly addressed the EU’s consideration of further sanctions against Iran.

Iran is currently subject to a crushing sanctions regime imposed by European countries as well as the US and Canada. Many analysts attributed Iran’s current economic crisis, the initial cause of the widespread protests in the country, to the weight of those sanctions.

Or al-Qaeda that liberated Syria and is supported by EU now?

Also if they sanction the whole world… they kinda sanction themselves. EU and Angry Orange Pedo.

The sanctions regimes have historically rotated between "problem" nations. Biden relaxed sanctions on Venezuela and Iran early in his first term, while ratcheting sanctions on Russia and China. Trump's reversed course, with the caveat that capturing Maduro presents the possibility of lifted sanctions in Venezuela.

If the government of Iran is overthrown, you can expect a grace period during which foreign investors are allowed to enter Iran and buy up property at fire sale prices. But any effort at regulating those private entities by the state will bring back the sanctions and renewed targeting of Iranian leadership.
