After a year without my ginbug, I started a new one to get back into brewing sodas over the summer. It's alive and almost ready to be user for sodas :)

I had a kombucha for a while, but I never really got the timing right and it was always quite sour. The bug seemed to work easier, but it is pretty similar to deal with.
