A professor used white font to hide instructions to throw off students using an AI chatbot to cheat on their midterm.

He should have done a follow-up survey asking the students why they felt it was okay to use LLMs and not proofread their results. This could have been a much greater learning opportunity and also drive home that the point wasn't to shame them.
