The worst thing Israel could have done to discredit Greta Thunberg and damage her brand would have been to give her a nice meal, a warm bed in a nice hotel, gently push her onboard the next 1st class flight back to Stockholm the next day and release a statement telling her to go play SJW somewhere else. Instead, they're doing everything possible to confirm they're truly bad people, like dumbasses.

There's a big difference:

When you meet an idiot who wears those cameras and points them at you, you have a punchable face right in front of you.

I'm not saying you should inflict violence on Facebook-loving dorks, I'm saying I predict random acts of violence in ordinary settings like bars, restaurants and other random venues from otherwise peaceful people who feel violated by those in-your-face - and on their faces - spyware doodads.

Predictably, Zuckerberg's dystopia is starting to blight society ☹️

Finally a clear video about the wholesale theft of other people's IP by AI, by a Youtuber I respect, whose channel is dedicated to exposing scams and thieves.

It's nothing new, but someone this video hits it just right.

Yeah I've been taking probiotics supplements. But the antibiotics kill the things faster than they have time to make a new home in my tummy.

Oh well, small price to pay to keep my current shoe size.

the red green show

I loved the Red Green show, and I still do because it's on Youtube!

A week after this, the diarrhea-inducing course of antibiotics seems to have done its job: my residual phalanges are now healing nicely, the swelling is down and the pain is subsiding - although not the phantom pain: that's still going on and it sucks...

And yeah, the test results came back and I did have an infection. And the surgeon did consider doing more chop-chop if the antibiotics didn't work, and I wasn't all that keen...

I know it's still nobody's problem but mine ultimately, but I'm a happy camper right now. So ya know, just sharing the joy with y'all 🙂

I am genuinely sad.

As opposed to when Henry Kissinger died: I ordered fries with my burger that day.

The nation's treasures are not Trump's to give.

And this is surprising how?

Apple is like all the other corporate monopolies operating in a fascist country: they're in cahoots with the powers that be. It's just that somehow Apple has managed to convince a lot of gullible people that they're on their side.

As always, follow the money - because Apple's friends are rich fucks and people in power that can give them more money, not you.

apt generally downloads more things than apt-get on my Debian machine. apt-get never broke anything, but I tend to eye it suspiciously now.

Yeah alright. That's one way of looking at it 🙂

I guess what I meant is that I don't like upgrades that happen without me explicitly requesting each and every one of them, and me watching the upgrade process as it happens for errors.

No Linux system of mine upgrades itself without my explicit consent. That's one of the many reasons why I don't run Windows.

The poster would be more convincing if you hadn't inverted apt-get update and apt-get upgrade...

I'm definitely printing this at work today!

sigh...

This group is awesome!

Arrested, held without bail and charged? Someone forgot to befriend the president.
