Regarding human attraction, evolutionary theory suggests that individuals may be subconsciously drawn to partners with dissimilar MHC genes. This preference is often mediated by body odor, as MHC genotypes influence the scent of sweat and other bodily fluids. Choosing a partner with different MHC alleles increases the likelihood that offspring will inherit a diverse set of immune genes, potentially enhancing their pathogen resistance and overall fitness.

Maybe, but I wouldn't put too much faith in this being the source, because (a) these male influencer types often just transfer (outdated) findings from research on animal behavior to humans (see this "alpha/beta/sigma" stuff) and (b) the idea here seems to be "more is better" which makes no sense even if you were to (wrongly) equate body odor with sex pheromones.

They also fail to understand that ""fresh"" body odor (as in: just finished doing some jogging) is different from 2 weeks old stink

That this somehow transfers to not showering leading to positive interactions with women is mere speculation.

But, y'all go ahead and try whatever. It's not like talking to women respectfully and showing an interest hasn't worked for, well, since forever.
