Yeah, he calls that time "leak investigations"
Eewwww. That’s what I get for commenting
I felt gross writing it, everyone loses.
I thought "leak investigations" was him interrogating everyone he sees about who keeps drinking all his alcohol.
He had to cut into that time to creep on some Canadian teen cadets. (Only partially satire)
I read it as "uninformed officers" at first, and frankly both work 🤷🏻
