This Jim Harbaugh thing is so fucking obvious. It's a layup! Just hit the fucking layup, George! Do what the Cubs did and make a move to win! Hire Harbaugh!

Why would they do that? Harbaugh is a big asshole with a big personality, people like that terrify McCaskey.
