The Bears have the Cardinals at home on Christmas eve. If the Cardinals and Panthers are still tied for the first pick do you throw the game?

The Bears were still trying to tank, they would not have brought in Montez Sweat. The tank is over. The Chicago Bears are trying to win games now.
