What do you attribute to almost every quarterback having a down (ish) year this year? (alien.top)

Virtually every QB in the NFL is deviating from their career norms this season. Studs like Allen, Mahomes, Burrow (playing better recently) Lawrence, Hurts, Watson, etc all seem to be turning the ball over more. What do you think is causing this? Just more Defensive adjustments?

Offensive line play stinks and defensive line play is in the golden era

It's interesting that we have found a defensive golden era in spite of all the offense-favoring rule changes over the last 50 years.

I think it's a second golden era for d-line. When the head slap was still legal was the real golden era

DL athletic freaks put their heads down and get to be athletes and go get the QB. Many criticize the way that O-Line are "developed" in CFB with the explosion of passing and running QB - added to the lack of practice when they actually get to the NFL.
