Scenario 1: Eberflus is retained as HC but fires entire O-Staff, meaning he needs to bring in a new OC and DC. Who you bringing in for both positions?

Scenario 2: Eberflus and the entire coaching staff is fired. Who are you bringing in as HC, OC, and DC?

We're in the back half of the regular season. Should be starting to get a decent idea of who might be available and who might be desirable. Curious who people would take in either scenario. I'm not savvy to who might be available to offer up my choices.

Under no circumstances do I want Eberflus here next year (barring a miracle playoff run, and even then..). The head coach needs to be the architect of the offense. If it’s not the HC, any good OC that can get Fields/Rookie QB going would be a candidate to be hired elsewhere and the Bears will start over again. Young QBs need stability.

Right now I want Eberflus gone. But in the miracle scenario where we make an actual playoff run I'm eating my words and welcoming him back.

A playoff run means his system is working and the team has bought in. And that it just took a year and a half to get there. That's not gonna happen obviously. But going on a hot streak where we win a bunch of divisional games and contend for a WC spot somehow after the dramatically shitty start we've had would point to some excellent coaching.
